Wednesday, November 7th is National Eating Healthy Day.  To celebrate this day, I challenge all readers of this blog to choose to eat at least one vegetable and fruit today.  Or maybe you already choose to eat three servings of fruit and vegetables every day.  Then today may be the day you try a new recipe or monitor the portion sizes of the food on your plate.  Look at your lunch and dinner meals today.  Do they correspond to the My Plate at ?

To celebrate the day, the American Heart Association has published a Holiday Healthy Eating Guide.  We have it on our website so you can view or even download it yourself as yet another way to celebrate the day.
