Avocado Watermelon Salad

Serves 4
Prep time: 20 minutes


2 cups watermelon,
chopped into ½ inch squares
2 avocados, peeled, cored and
chopped into ½ inch squares
½ cup fresh radish, chopped into
½ inch squares
½ cup feta cheese
2 tbsp. chives
2 tbsp. mint


Combine watermelon, avocados, radish and feta cheese in a large bowl.
Top with chives and mint. Serve chilled.
