Cucumber lime mint fresh infused water detox drink cocktail lemonade

Cucumber Cooler

Serves 1
Prep time: Approximately 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers – peeled, seeded and chopped
3/8 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp. honey
2/3 cup water

Directions:

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
