Simply Green Grapes
Serves 6-8
Prep time: Approximately 15 minutes
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. honey
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
5 cups green seedless grapes, washed and stemmed
Mint as garnish
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the honey and Greek yogurt. To the same bowl, add the grapes, stirring well to coat. Cover and chill well for a few hours. To serve, spoon into individual serving dishes and garnish with mint sprigs.
