Watermelon Popsicles

This is an easy recipe to make ahead of time for those hot summer days!


2 cups watermelon, small pieces


  1. Chop watermelon into small pieces and place in blender.
  2. Set blender to purée and blend for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Fill molds and freeze overnight.

Serving Size: 2

Tip: 1 pound of watermelon is equal to 1 ½ cups of cubed watermelon.
