Watermelon Popsicles
This is an easy recipe to make ahead of time for those hot summer days!
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon, small pieces
Directions
- Chop watermelon into small pieces and place in blender.
- Set blender to purée and blend for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Fill molds and freeze overnight.
Serving Size: 2
Tip: 1 pound of watermelon is equal to 1 ½ cups of cubed watermelon.
